The smallest house in Syracuse

Pictured above is 812 Danforth Street, known as the smallest house in Syracuse. The house measures 12 feet wide and 16 feet long. It’s speculated that the owner of the neighboring property originally built the structure as a business shop before it became a house. Local resident, John Weda, lived here for 26 years in the late 20th century. Interesting enough, John had four televisions inside the home.

Attempts to reach the current resident were unsuccessful.
